Jim, Recently my wife and I made a decision to replace our roof at our residence. Our roof lasted 19 years out of the 20 year life. We had some minor water damage in our garage as a result of a leak in the flashing around the chimney. for the first time in the 12 years we have lived in our present home we have a secure feeling that we will not have any roofing problems. I supervise insurance claims and know of the problems that can arise when a roof is installed improperly or with inadequate materials. I was impressed with the willingness of Frost & Co to explain the options that were available to me in the replacement of the roof on our home and the quality of materials that would be used. I will admit that I obtained quotes to replace our roof with other roofing contractors and found their quotes to come in slightly lower than Frost & Co's. The overriding factor in our decidion to have Frost & Co install our new roof came down to the quality of materials and work that come with your company. The training your staff goes through in completing the Master Shingles Applicator course which allows you to provide a 12-year no leak guarantee for the customer made it an easy decision to have Frost & Co install our replacement roof.
